I'm in for multisport. I need a more balanced plan as my race season gets closer.

Details, people, details. I may be up for a challenge. Any swimming and biking would be an improvement over the current lack. I'm using a marathon as my excuse, though .

I don't care what kind of challenge it is. If it's a multisport challenge and I feel like only running, I'll set my goal for the other two to zero. You can't force me to exercise more than I want to, suckers!

I think it is clear that most would like to do multi sport...so that being said what do we do?? Set goals for all 3 sports and meet them by 100% each with regional teams?

Well said, So what is the challenge??????

Multisport baby!

It'll make me focus on my training. I offer to captain a FL Force team...

multisport please. I have been running, and jumped in on the bike challenge late (ie: last week) but have yet to get back in the pool..  I am kinda dreading it since I'm pretty sure the swimming with a log as an arm will be somewhat discouraging.  But having said all that, I get my cast off April 11th.. so yes, I'm in!

Multisport...if someone wants to do more of one sport go ahead it still works in the multisport challenge and it works well for those wanting to round out their training more.

I'm in the little March one...my only suggestion is tweak the point system. I swim and run slow and am stronger on the bike. When working out in general I earn 20 points an hour for swimming and my slow runs and only 16 points while biking. I suggest we increase bike points by 25% for miles or time.
