Does anyone know of a good place to swim here in Austin? Preferably one that doesn't require a daily entrance fee.

Thanks
Jonathan

I've trained at Stacey Pool. Its open year round, free and relatively warm in winter. I think they always have some lanes for lap swimming too. Doing the America's Tri on Memorial Day?

Stacey Pool, I will have to look it up! I thought about the tri on Memorial Day but I just finished the tri in Boerne. My wife and I did the "My First Tri." It was her first and it really took a lot out of her but she finished! I am going to hold off from doing any more races until the Urban Assault bike race in June. That way I can train harder for it without worrying about recovery time before a race. I did the Rookie Tri two weeks ago and was afraid to do anything in between it and this last one.

Thanks for the pool tip!
