Comments: started slower and could not get back to where I wanted to be. Goal was under 35 minutes, but couldn't quite make it. Did not have the kick I needed. What would you do differently?: Start a little faster, maybe take a gel flask with water in it Post race
Warm down: had a bannan, 2 waters and half a bagel. Stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: not sure. shoudl have been able to keep the pace below 7 the whole way, but wasnt able to do it Last updated: 2006-03-25 12:00 AM
