Event warmup:

Walk around the transition area and druel over all the really nice bikes. Get butterflys, check my heart rate. Make sure I'm not going to die. No warmup.

Comments:

Freshwater is soooo different than saltwater. It dosen't bother me to swallow the freshwater
What would you do differently?:

Swim faster. I don't think I am really pushing myself very hard in the swim.
Transition 1

Comments:

First wetsuit transition. I think it went really good. The run from the water to the transition area is quite a run.

Suit: Orca, speedsuit. Full
Course: Out to the first bouy, take a right without running over many people, swim to the next bouy and round for home. Run up beach and run and run and keep running, run through the woods, run through the playground, ahhh, there's my bike. I have to get used to the fact that the transitions areas are not always right new to the water.
