Subject: Bike- Hole in Tire
After my last flat I ended up with a small perforation in the tire itself. I can see through it only if I bend the tire. But my question is whether this is the end of that tire, if there's a way to patch it, or if it's still rideable?

Hey Kimber!

I am definitely the queen of flats and new tires. I have only had my bike about a month and a half and am on my third round of back tires. I am by no means an expert when it comes to the bike, but you are more likely to get another flat with a hole in your tire. I have replaced the tire each time I've gotten a hole. BUT one time I did go for another ride before I changed the tire and didn't get a flat. I guess it depends on how big the hole is, where it is on the tire and if the tube sticks out of it. I just got some tougher tires so hopefully I won't be going through them so quickly. Good luck!
