Comments:

ran w isis. First mile was about 9:15, cranked it up slowly til we were hitting a good pace. felt pretty much all out. Not sure if I could keep up pacing but was able to once I sae I was reeling in people I knew.

Warm down:

Stay warm in the heights, grab a beer at BBC, kabitz and be happy to run with 2 brothers, 1 son, 1 sister in law and fiance jojo plus ftc peeps.
