Subject: winter cycling program so i just took a look at the winter cycling program and with a few adjustments to add some running in it looks great to really get my biking stronger. just will have to shorten it by 6 weeks, early on make no adjustment then after 2 weeks replace a bike with a run for another couple weeks and once February comes add a running day so i will be going for 3x bikng and 2x running until ironman training starts. |
