walked over to the start. ran my mouth.

thinking pr today. nope. out way to fast.

hollered for some BT peeps at the first aid station. didn't here any hollering back... oh well.

life started sucking at mile 7 or 8. came around the corner and there was Ebenezer Baptist Church... nothing like a little inspiration to remind me to quit whining and get going. and to hurry up cause the beer and grub is waiting!!!

family at the finish = awesome. chatted with some folks from atlanta triathlon club. .

head to the barn.

Way to tough it out John.   Lots of good stuff in those pics and a great shot of you and your family.  Did you get to drink that bottle of Life and Limb by yourself?  Looks like good stuff - I thought it was a bottle of wine at first so I did a search on it.

Dude, what was in that first picture?!! Ewww.  The rest are awesome.  Isn't it nice to be at a level where we can pull a HM out of our butts?  I remember you and I bragging on 5Ks.     How far we've come.  Rock on dude.
