Hello all,

First - an introduction... Tom from Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.  Triathlete since 2005.  I use to swim competatively / race road bikes back in the 70's and discovered running 10 years ago.  Once I did my first triathlon, I was hooked!

I'm always learning about the sport and enjoy sharing knowledge.  I look forward to contributing to this forum.

Hi Tom, welcome to BT! Glad you didn't let the 'beginner' part put you off -- for one thing, we really do need our more experienced contributors here, but also for another, it's great that we have them. Many top folks in triathlon and training info are regular posters and there's always something to be learned.
