Subject: UPLOADING TRAINERROAD

I like to think I am not stupid, but I can not figure out how to upload my .xls file from trainer road to my training logs.  Any help would be helpful before I pull whats left of my hair out.

.xls - that is excel.  It needs converted to .csv per our format:

.csv is to upload a full training plan, not a workout.

Doesn't that site have a .tcx export? If so, export to that filetype and then on our Upload page choose Garmin, then select "

If you have a months worth of csv workouts in our format, you can import it into your 'actual' training log.  Though yes, you wouldn't want to do this on an individual basis.

When I tried this last week, it did not work.  It said it was uploaded by the info never showed up in the training log.

I think the issue lies with in excel.  My old version at home works, but the newer version at work auto converts it to an .xls version.  I can save it without opening it (setting in windows to auto open a file) and it works fine. 

Just be sure to save it as an .tcx file.

It looks like a format problem with the TrainerRoad .tcx file. Nate's been informed of it.
