Subject: Wet suit Vs No wet suit
I recently tried wearing a wet suit and I was amazed how much faster my swim time was. Does anyone know what an approximate timing difference is between wearing one and not wearing one for an olympic distance swim?

Thanks.

Depends entirely on the person.  It seems that worse swimmers get more benefit than good swimmers.  You just have to try it out to find out how well it will work for you.

Thanks for that link Dave
I've just bought my first wetsuit
and have still to try it, and myself, in open water

I'm not a faster swimmer
ranking 300+ out of 322 in my only Sprint last month
so I'm looking forward to the potentail time improvement.

going back to the link which was really helpful
in showing how to put wetsuit on/off
are there any other forum discussions that suggest easy ways to put on/off?
