Comments:

Felt like crap about 10 min into the bike. Seriously was thinking about quitting. Feet hurt, lower back hurt. Had never felt this horrible so early on before. Week before did 50 miles in Mt. Horeb and felt great. Attributed to poor nutrition/dehydration. Figured it was only a few more hours so stuck it out.

Comments:

Had to walk most of the run. Legs were cramping about 15 min before bike leg ended. Tried running at the start of the run to the first aid station but legs cramped up so I just walked. Aid stations had no salt, only gatorade. Sipped on gatorade and water at every aid station. Also, feet were wet from pouring water on myself (it was over 100 degrees that day) and they were squishing every time I walked. Also felt like I was starting to develop blisters.
