Quit after 3 loops or 9.27 miles. the last four miles were gonna take me well past 2:20. My best half time was 2:10. My left hamstring really started to tighten up around the 9 mile mark anyway...soooo. Better safe than sorry....right? Did i mention it was roughly 15 degrees out...!!! Not the most comfortable running weather...
