Here's more info on the E3 Tri X Camp in April from imathlete.com...

Bob Seebohar, 2008 Olympic Triathlon Team Nutritionist and a world-class sports dietician, will teach the nutrition and fueling strategy sessions.

3-Time Ironman Champion Jessica Jacobs will be training with us on some of the very same, favorite roads she uses to prepare for Ironman.

USAT Certified coaches for the weekend include John Hanna, Eric and Karen Doehrman. The camp includes open water swimming, run and swim analysis, run and bike workouts, functional strength training with TRX suspension training equipment, yoga and core training. The camp is comprehensive, but accessible and beneficial to any Sprint to Ironman distance triathlete.

Camp organizers are keeping the cost reasonable, the atmosphere fun, and the camp size number low to ensure that each athlete gets the maximum benefit from the camp and plenty of personal coaching and attention. Each cabin will feature a stocked fridge, plus we will have lots of delicious meals, and healthy snacks throughout the weekend. Bike Link of Hoover will be on-site to support the rides, and even have demo bikes to try out on Sunday.

Want to see the agenda, or have a question for the Head Coaches? Email jhannatriathlete@gmail.com or eric@e3multisport.com and check facebook.com/e3tri for the latest camp updates.

I personally can't wait for this camp - it's going to be awesome!

Would love to make it, but instead, I'll be taking a bit of an off weekend keeping it simple at the lake. Sounds fun though!

I do hope it's a great turnout.
