I am a new member of the Mafia. In fact not even technically a member yet. I bought a 2013 DA4 and have only gone through the fitting process so far. I pick it up tonight and will post a picture.... So excited....

Here's my new B12 that I just had built.  Found the frameset on eBay ($800 shipped), Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 spd groupset with 50/34 rings & 12/25 cassette shifted by DA TT Shifters ($700), 3T Auro Pro bars with TRP brake levers ($230 shipped, all I could find at the time), TriRig Omega ($145), TTR2 wheels from my old S22 - rear re-laced with a FLO Vortex hub & 11-spd free hub ($50 ST/$35 FLO), ISM Prologue saddle ($90 ST).

Had a quick fit at the LBS and one road ride, still not dialed in, will have a professional fitting after the new year.

I am in! Got this baby for Christmas. LBS had a 2012 B12 still new in the box! Excited to be a part of the Felt Mafia after 10 years on a Giant OCR1, and can't wait to break some PRs this year!

So I sold My S32 Felt and was going to upgrade to a Shiv. The deal feel through. I just went to the Toronto bike show and it was less then spectacular for deals.

My semi localish Triathlon shop over an hour down the road offered me a deal on a 2014 Felt B16. Now that is an upgrade over the S32 for sure. But I am debating about a B14. Component wise It really isn't much better. I am also a short guy. I was on a 50cm frame before. and the 51cm B14 I jumped on at the show is too big for me stack wise for sure.

Any B16 people out here that want to tell me what they think of their bike. My only complaint on my felt were the darn armpads as soon as I got sweaty I would slip off my tribars. Caused me a few scary moments each year. Also they fell off all the darn time.

Weigh in please. Spring is soon around corner and I am ready to get a bike if the -20C weather ever goes the EFF away. I think I want to remain part of the Felt Mafia.

I am not so sure I like the lack of a paint scheme on the bike.

Sweet sled, nice little gymnast too.

I think you just need a bit of a cable trim (and maybe a Speedpack), and you're set for the season !

I was riding a 2006 56cm S22 (aka long and low) that I was fitted for. Last year I bought a very lightly used 2012 B16 at a great price to see if it was what I wanted. I ended up selling the B16 as I knew component wise it was not what I wanted long term. I actually conversed a bit with Superdave (Mr. Felt on ST) about the new B12 frame, compared the two geometries side by side and decided to go with a 2013 56cm B12 frame and build it (see above post).  Yes the bike is taller but I was able to drop it down the stack to where I needed it by removing all but one 5mm spacer with the 20mm cone and a -6* stem.  I like the effective 78* seat angle with the forward seat post.  I actually feel stronger on this bike in the TT position than on my old bike (76* SA).

Cant't help you on the specs, but those pads truly suck. I replaced the ones on my DA4 with a pair of Vision ones. Ceegee also makes ones that will fit.

decisions decisions.

I have decided I want to remain in the FELT MAFIA.

Going to look at a B16 and the B14 and leaning to the B14 at this point. More money above my budget and well. Damn it. I like FELT.

I want a B2 because I like the paint/color better but that is getting nuts.

Spanky (had to say that!),

Is the B14 the new 2014? I like its muted black/grey look,  I wish my 2013 B12 frame was not mostly white.

What year B2 were you referring to?

Based on what you stated before about the stack height, you should get a fitting to determine your reach/stack and see if the B12/14 frame actually will work for you.

I did get a fit yesterday and ordered a B14 2014 should be in later next week. Yes it is the grey and black.

I like the Blue and black B2 from last year or the year before. I don't mind last years white. But the new B14 is based on the DA frame, frame being the same but the forks are not. I actually moved up to the 51cm the 47 is too short of a reach for me.

the 51 is a bit of a higher stand over with the 700c wheels. But on the bike in ride position it is NICE. I was able to get fit on the womans B14 yesterday but it is white and teal. Not my kind of color.

They couldn't get a B16 in 50cm they were out of stock and allocation. They called Felt but couldn't tell the shop when one would be available. They gave me a good deal and knocked a little more off the B14 for me.

I know the one pro that works there he is originally from my town. And I was happy to support him and that store anyway. An hour down the road if I need anything. Also ordered an Xlab wing and cages for the back in Red. And going to get the tape on the aero bars changed to red. I want some color on the bars and the back.

Pictures to come. I am soooo geeked and I think happy to remain part of the FELT MAFIA.

Cool!  First thing I notice when I first got on the B12 was how tall it was compared to the old S22, it took me quite a while to get use to it.

Is there room in here for one more? I'm actually returning to the mob. I owned a B2 back in 2003, which I sold and replaced with an '05 Kuota Kaliber. That was sold about 2 years ago while I was on hiatus from racing. I'm training again and just purchased this little ride, a 2008 DA.
