2012 Felt B12

Thinking of swapping out the bayonet bars for Profile Ozero + T3+. More adjustable, I need the armpads back further and a little higher... profile seems very adjustable.

I notice many of these pics (including the first one!) have profile bars.

so happy I can finally post on this page   Now to save up for a nice wheel set.

My new 2012 FELT DA4W.  It's been a long time saving and a long time coming, but I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Ancient picture of my S32 (look at that mess of cables up front and bottle cage on the frame, along with slow tires and an upturned stem!)

Nowadays it spends it's time taking a beating on my trainer... she was my first love on two wheels though.

Michelin Pro3's are slow tires?  What would you suggest as a better tire?

Very nice display of bikes.  My first choice was a 2009 B12, but there were none around so I ended up on a Cervelo, which I do love.

I'm considering buying a new/used road bike next spring and the Felt F5, and Felt AF5 are 2 of the 3 bikes on my list.  I realize I'm asking this question to Felt fans but what do you think about those 2 options.

Specialized Roubaix is the other one on top of the list.

Thanks,

Travis

Does anyone know if a Bayonet 2 fork work on a B16 frame?

2010 Felt B12.  I originally had a 2008 but Felt replaced it with a 2010 after a seat post clamp problem.

Tom,

Yes I've been to the website several times and went to my LBS that carries Felt, just wanted to see some opinions if anyone actually has one.

I picked up a 2012 B16 earlier this year and love it!  I'll post pics soon.

No upgrades yet other than swapping out the aero bar gel pads with the foam pads from a pair of profile design clip-ons on my road bike.

Question - how many of you have stuck with the stock saddle?

Its been over 6 months now and I just can't get comfortable.

I am so close to pulling the trigger on an Adamo Road saddle.

Flo wheels arrived today so I had to post a pic.

Too bad its -2 degrees out.  I'll have to wait a few more months for the first test ride.

Really nice! Congratulations!

I just bought exactly the same bike for my wife. I did replace a few items on it though... John Cobb saddle (she never really like Fizik saddles, good quality, but just never fit her well... although she loves the graphics on this one, so it'll end up hanging on the wall in our bike room), Felt Devox carbon aero bars, Zipp R2C shifters, Zipp VumaChrono crankset (she needs a 53/39 with the 650 wheels), and a set of Hed Jet 6 front, Jet 9 rear for racing.

These are some amazing bikes!

I hope you plan on cutting off the aero bar ends??? Those suckers are way long but since you said you just joined the mafia, sure you will get properly fitted.
