Mattie at the end of her 1st 5K. She is 5 in this picture.

This cup of coffee rode on the bumper of my Blazer for 5 hours, I should be able to hang in there for 5 more minutes.

Mattie getting cleaned up at the aid station at the Michigan Mile. She took a digger going into the turn to the finish. If my 6 yr old daughter can pick herself up, dust herself off, and finish her race, so can I.

I love the excitement and drive Mattie has for running and racing. I was thrilled when she wanted to start running with me, and use her energy for motivation.
