Day 13: Did an hour long cycling class with my old friend Carol at the Y. Then drove down to King Of Prussia to sign up for tomorrow race (Valley Forge Revolutionary Run) which will be the first time my son and I will race together. Then I had enough time to run the course at Valley Forge plus a bit to and from the parking lot. Felt great running through the park, super nice day!! Unfortunately it is supposed to be wet tomorrow! .

We are at 1137 miles which puts us approaching Stratford, TX in the panhandle of Texas and approaching Oklahoma!

Keep going folks!

Sure rub it in! It is snowing up here! Drove me inside for 6.99 miles on the treadmill. Rain/snow/slush and wind drove me inside. Felt bad I only ran today as I wanted to get a ride inside today but the bikes were taken so I settled for running for an hour.

Day 19: After a 6.5 hour drive encountering sheet, rain, snow and road work, a ride was in order for tonight. 40K TT on the Computrainer after making some Chicken Alfredeo. Hammered out a 1:02:19 and celebrated with some homemade fruit sorbet!

We are at 1444 miles which still has us cruising down a lonesome highway in Oklahoma!

Finish strong!

Day 20: Got in a great cycling class with Marnie this morning at the Y and then ran a 10K on the 1K trail outside the Y. Bit windy but felt good to be outside after so much time inside on the treadmill this week.

BTW: The challenge runs thru Monday the 30th so we get a bonus day since Easter was thrown in. Please update your milage on the spreadsheet if you haven't already. Thanks.
