Hey since this isn't a USAT race, are MP3 players allowed on the Run? Anyone know the scoop on this?

TwoRiversTri - 2006-06-22 8:25 AM Two Questions.... Is anyone going to be at the Clinic on Saturday? Where should we meet in the morning! :P

I'll be around.  Feel free to say hi.  I'm the guy in my pic and my real name isn't Avshin, my real name is the same as the capital of Texas.  I'll probably be wearing a green cotton t-shirt with something Irish on in.

Good luck everyone.

Called Midwest Sports Events on this....

Negative.

Darn, and I was hoping to have some good music for the blasted hill when I run up it.

Oh, well. Just have to suck it up.

That's odd because at Green Bay (a Midwest event) I saw a number of people on the run with headphones. Some were big headphones - like "listening to your Hi-Fi in the 1970s" big.

Yup, I saw that too.  I think they say "dont wear then", but I dont think they really enforce it.  I saw a lot of iPods at Lake Mills too.

Good luck to everyone!

hey what's the worst that could happen? DQ?

On another topic it is looking like I won't be up until Sunday. Apparently I waited a little too long and now I can't get a hotel. It is a two hour drive for me...so it is going to be an early morning - that is ok I won't be sleeping anyway.
