First one in the pool this morning! That's never happened before, it was awfully quiet. No snakes, though. 2000 yards and off to work. 6 mile tempo run with the running club after work.

Starting May out right!

IF It dries up enough by Lunch I am gonna hit the rollerblades for a hour, with the pool closed for 2 weeks thats my other non-running option while at work anyway.

May Day is a national holiday here! And yesterday was Reunification Day, so it's been a four-day weekend. Done more than my share of training. Amazing how much energy I have to train when I don't have to go to work LOL.  Besides training, refueling, running a few errands, and cleaning the house, lots of quality time with the AC, fan, a few good books, and my couch. (Advanced HIM to Couch Plan??)

Today AM: 70 km ride (last one with buddy....sob. She's leaving the country for good.); 40 minute run after. Legs felt good but unbearably hot so turned back at 20 min instead of planned 25--came back to find heat index was 104!

Core work at 6am, 1400 meters in the pool at an easy pace in the afternoon, and a 30 minute spin on the trainer to wrap things up.

Am in pretty dire straits healthwise, definitely not allowed to do any kind of exercise which taxes my muscles at all or raises my heart rate much (like, not even Z1, and absolutely no strength poses) ... so will try to do a little bit of very easy sitting and lying down yoga. Found it very helpful during other times of recuperation.

Other than that, most of the last 24 hours has been death-pose yoga

Greetings!  Got in 35 minutes on the trainer today full of EM and SS miles.  =)  5.6 easy paced miles and 1800 yards at the pool in store for me after work.  Triple workout Tuesday FTW!  =D

Got myself up and into the gym early this morning and knocked out a short 2.5 mile run. Nothing fantastic, but it got the morning going. Then it was off to work for the next 24 hours, where I'm currently at roaming the BT forums!!! Looking forward to the next five days of no work!!! Whoohooo I love the start of May so far!

Heading home on the bike today, hopefully I should be outta here soon. 20 miles this afternoon, although the weather may not agree with this plan. Pool tonight if all holds out OK.

Howdie!  30K of hills on the bike this morning.  Up and down the hill I live on top of 800m/0.5 miles both ways ... I've never done this before.  It was brutal - but fun!

A lackluster 1500 at the pool. But I was the only one in the pool the entire time, and that made it delightful!
