I'm out since I will be traveling this time.

Last year was pretty good. Fun course, fastest T1 you will ever have and a fun bike. Don't underestimate the run course though. Its not as difficult as John Tanner, but still some hills that can catch you by surprise.

Maybe..Leaving for BRAG the next day, so it'll depend on how ambitious I'm feeling.

Best of luck to all racing...

I just signed up the other day. I raced it last year, hopefully Chance won't lead the 2nd swim pack off course within the 1st mile like he did last year haha. It's a fun course, when you exit the water you take 2 steps and are in T1 so that's nice.

I'm a fan of all the TTP races, but I had a pretty solid result last year that I'm hoping to duplicate.

See you out there brother!

Not yet signed up, but it looks like we may have a small crowd queuing up for both Blalock Lakes and Indian Springs. Should know for sure by early next week. Indian springs weekend could be lots of fun as we will be doing the Ridges Resort 5k/Beast of the East bike course the following day.

I am in!  It is my first Tri-The-Parks series race.  I am looking forward to it and since I am in PTC, it is pretty close as well.

Practice them!  Races can be lost or won there.

Wow, it was a great day for racing!

No wetsuits was a surprise, but the water was nice.  I thought Blalocks was usually a minute or so slower/longer than Tanner, but I saw a bunch of people, me too, with faster times.

I was most impressed by the teenagers.  I don't mind being chicked by a teenage girl who swims 600 in sub 10, 11, or 12 minutes, then runs a 5k in under 21 or 22.  Wow.  And the boys, holy crap, half of them were under 9 minute swims!  Was that 17:16 5k the fastest run of the day?!  And a bunch of 18's and 19's.

They are the next generation of top triathletes.  They were strong, fast, professional.  The sport is in good hands.  Very impressive.

That means that Indian Springs will likely be no wetsuit as well.  No biggie!
