 3 |  Subject: Felt B2 Pro noise-need some help!Hey everyone, i am new to the forums and i am sorry that my first post is looking for help. My felt B2 Pro just started making some strange noise about a month ago and I cant for the life of me diagnose what the issue is. When i am riding its very intermittent, rarely do i hear it in aero position its mostly when i am seated upright and when i am climbing only when i am peddling. It never occurs just cruising. It sounds like a loose cable within the frame but i have taking the wheels off and shook the frame with no results. I was thinking maybe spokes? or a bolt that i am missing? So to recreate the sound its a hollow noise like cable hitting the carbon frame (even though it might not be that). I will try to recreate the sound on my trainer and post a link to a video. I appreciate any help. Thanks |

| New user 6 | Subject: RE: Felt B2 Pro noise-need some help! I have the same bike and had some similiar noises that sounded like the bottom bracket. It only occured when I was climbing or peddling pretty hard. Took it to the LBS for a tune up and when I got it back, still had the same noise. They checked everything over again and said it looked good, but stated they oiled the seat stem. I thought that was wierd, but sure enough after getting it back with the adjustment the sound was gone. Not sure if that will fix your issue, but thought I would share. |

Elite 3800     far northern CA | Subject: RE: Felt B2 Pro noise-need some help! I didn't listen to your video thing. I had a noise similar to what you are talking about on my road bike. Only heard it while pedaling and very prominent when climbing. It was the bottom bracket. LBS fixed her all up and no more noise. Hope this helps. |
