To quote the boys from Britian.

I actually want to do a short brick (hourish) in this bloody heat. And I'm the guys that would rather shovel snow as opposed to cut the grass year round if you know what I mean.

Is going delussional (sp?) a symptom of heat exhaustion of something?

Definitely. Actually, I thought "What a wimp. How hot can it get in Ontario?" Then I googled it and found it's about 91 degrees up there today. Ugh. How do you go from extremes like that?! We're used to this kind of heat wave in Georgia!

Going out and running in the heat addles your brain.  So that puts you in pretty good company with a large number of people on this forum.  I'd say go right ahead and do it.  What doesn't actually kill you makes you stronger!

Hehe, you've obviously never lived in Pittsburgh...WE get extremes like -10 windchill in the summer, and 91 + 70 or 80 % humidity in the summer. The answer?...just plain stupid, that's how.
