Subject: Vision issues after swimming?
odd happening about 40 min or so after swimming today. Had a high effort 2600 yard masters swim this AM. Felt fine, but tired after. Got ready for work then off to the office. Arrived, had a bite to eat, but noticed the weird wavy circle  vision thing out of the corner of my right eye. Couldn't focus up close (reading distance) either. Thougth it was my contacts, but even w/ the lenses out it continued. It went away about 10 minutes later, and I just assumed it was due to blood needing to redistribute a bit more after going from horizontal to verical? Never had this happen before. i'm thinking a doc visit may be in order?

Was it followed by a headache? Ever had migraines? Definately seeing a specialist would be good, even if just to get a baseline. Vision & Brain things shouldn't be taken lightly.

No headache, or any pain. Never had a migrain. No vision issue before I was in the pool, either.

^ what he said.  Call eye doc ASAP.  Retina damage can look like that, I had the same symptoms and ended up in surgery 8 hours later.
