Where have you gotten quality gear at good prices online? Who has free shipping? Who delivers quickly? Who has the best customer service? Who has non-hassling return policies?

I can offer this: I've gotten quick delivery from Xterra.com. What I bought was inexpensive and excellent quality, although their store does have some high prices.

I recently had a good experience with trisports.com  - between a combination of them price matching items from other sites and then further applying the BT discount code after the price match, I was able to get a $179 order for $110 with free shipping.

I use Google Shopping a lot to find the best prices/shipping rates, so I buy from a LOT of places, but I do have some regulars: Trisports (love them), swim2000, swimoutlet, sun and ski sports, and road runner sports (great VIP deals).

Running Warehouse is a great place to get shoes and you can always find discount codes for them.

Crud. Google Offers isn't available in my city yet Tongue out

I second runningwarehouse.com (free 2-day shipping and free returns. use RUNBLOG10 for 10% off) and Sierra Trading Post.

6pm.com is an interesting site. I have found some good deals on tri/running/fitness clothes and shoes. I tend to search by brand because they have a ton of things on that site. I have also gotten some great deals on high heels with them...

I live in the middle of nowhere and in Wisconsin (if that isn't redundant) so have to rely on the web alot.

Have had good luck with:

Trisports.com

Onetri

SwimOutlet

For shoes, I like Joe's New Balance Outlet and Kelly's Running Warehouse.

Amazon.Com, with it's partners usually has a good selection, but you won't find clearance stuff there.

I used to shop at Joe's and Kelley's a lot until I found RWarehouse (the only issue is there are no discounts on NB shoes...OTOH, I've generally found RW's prices to be the lowest available, so it's sort of a wash.)

I will vote for swimoutlet. I ordered probably the best and longest lasting pair of goggles and suit from their last year and am waiting for my new order of suits and goggles (me and my kids).

RealCyclist.com: Great deals (got a garmin team jersey for $35), and super-cheap closeouts on their Bonktown/Chainlove sites.

Fast shipping and AMAZING customer service (I emailed them a question and they called me within 15min. on a Sunday) and easy returns.

ProBikeKit.com, and Wiggle.co.uk have great deals for stuff that's made in Europe (ex. Campy, Conti, Sidi, Castelli,etc.).  They ship for free with ~$100 order and I get the stuff within a week here in California.

x6 on swimoutlet.com! Also really good experience with bikeparts.com and bicycle wheel warehouse. Used tri-village.com a few times but they were not very good communicating on out of stocks that they showed as "in stock", but pricing was right on. Need to try tri-sports, since Tom D. seems to be a big help around here (with more than just cat pictures).

I'll second that. Tri-village promises free 5-7 day shipping on orders over $75. After a week i still didn't have my order and called. They were holding the whole order waiting on one item.  They never sent an email or contacted me saying the item was back-ordered or out of stock.  After i called they sent the rest of the order but i am still waiting on the one item.  Their website still shows the item in-stock and all the information I have received has been from me contacting them.  It's now been 3 weeks.

Despite this i will probably order from them again. Good prices and 15% discount codes.

i ordered most of my things from swimoutlet.com . They have the best prices IMO. The Speedo speed socket goggles were around 50$ here in Canada and i had them for 16$...

Were you using a discount code from a separate party or from RW? Did you call Running Warehouse about the issue? On the last pair of shoes I bought the discount code wouldn't work...I called them and they informed me that with some shoe companies the discount codes won't work online, but they were able to do it manually over the phone...

Zappos also has a selection of some triathlon clothing and shoes (brands like zoot, pearl izumi, 2XU etc.)  Free shipping and free return shipping is nice too.  I actually got my orca wetsuit from Zappos.  Prices are not necessarily discounted for new stuff but the free shipping and return makes it easy to try stuff on.

Always good to keep an eye on chainlove.com (formerly bonktown) for good deals.

Another vote for Trisports although I should disclaim that I do have sponsorship agreement with them. They do a great job in getting customers the right product at the right price all while doing it in a sustainable fashion.  Despite being located in South Tucson (Hot, Hot, Hot) they had a negative electricity bill last month thanks to all their solar panels.  Can always use "TGER-S" to save 10% as well.
