In case anyone is paying very close attention - My beginning commuting goal was 20.  I was moving very quickly to that and bumped to 30 but last week I lost 4 days with travel and this week I am losing 3 days for child care of my teenage son!

So I reduced back to 20.  Hope everyone is ok with that.  I will field all questions here if you have any.

Also - Let's not adjust goals and see who hits the highest % because it seems like many will be around 100%.  So push yourself if you are there already.  6 more days after today!

I think I am maybe going to hit over 50% *fingers crossed*, but I am probably not gonna hit the mark!  I will keep at it and see how far I can get for the rest of the month!

Back on the commuting bandwagon - only 3 in this week max since I am off Thur/Fri.

Challenge ends Saturday 11:59pm (whatever time zone you are in).

Push yourself this week and we have overlapping challenges with the Tour de France starting Saturday - Super Kat runs a challenge every year for it - head on over to the thread and sign up for team of your choice and prepare to ride your bikes just like the pros do!

Did a race sunday which put me at 100% for the bike and run . Just need a few more swim sessions
to complete . Swim is usually my prefered choice during recovery and my legs are beat from the race.

I'm in for that one, I LOVE the TdF time of year!  This will be my first BT challenge with it, so I am excited!  Still working on my June, but just want to congratulate everyone on their amazing progress for the month!  You all rock!!!

Also anyone apply suncream/block on arms and legs before putting on their wetsuit . Or does it get rubbed off during the swim ? My arms have got a little burnt the last two races i did .

I would recommend Aquaphor.  It is amazing for rashes!

Got another run in - just one off schedule but I don't know if I will double up between now and Saturday.

This has been a great month to get me motivated to run more often that is for sure though!

So in the end that is a win!

There are some awesome results out there - everyone keep it up and push yourself for 4 more days!

Trust me many a run of mine was only because of this challenge!  But it will give me motivation for the upcoming months!  The true meaning of these challenges!!!

Awesome job everyone!  I have a couple more runs scheduled, and a bike possible today!  I did make it right over 50% so I will take it!

If I could use dryland swim cord sessions for my swims, I would be done with that goal, I haven't been able to get to the pool, but I don't know if that would count or not?

Another trail run in this morning.  I could get use to that

Doing some dirt riding later most likely and maybe I will be bring trail shoes and do another easy run to get back on track for the month - or maybe not

Rode my bike to work today--almost 25 km, so that will be another 50 for my total.  I may just make it after all!

Met all my goals. Was thinking about increasing the mileage but decided to see how far over 100% in each goal area I could get before the end of the month.

Hoping to squeeze a (hot) run in tonight to make my run goal and do a (hot) bike tomorrow to make my bike goal.  Weight goal will probably not quite get there, unless I weigh myself post-bike and ride the dehydration benefit wave, LOL!  But either way, I am thankful for the challenge.  It was definitely a help to get me moving.  Great job everyone!

I made it to 16.97 miles running - 84.9% of my goal.  I'm pretty proud of myself since that's most of my running for the whole year!

I don't think I will quite make my goals.  Came within 7 km on the bike and one swim session (~1700m) on the swim, so I am really happy.  The day is young, so we will see, but my body is asking for a rest.  Thanks so much for putting this challenge together, Bill and see you all on the "Tour"!

HI everyone,
I hope you are all happy with how you went on your goals.
I finished with 98% of my bike goal, so I'm counting that as a victory and 88.9% on my swim, so I wasn't quite there with that one. But overall quite happy with how I went.

Good luck on the tour.
