Subject: RE: Andy Schleck out of TourPoor Andy wasn't having a good year anyway. Probably best that he can have a recharge and restart. I wish they had shown his accident at the time trial, but all that happened is he showed up a little late with a torn outfit. No other details. Super weird! My money is on Wiggo. He was so composed and determined at the Criterium du Dauphine. Generally I feel Cadel is a bit of a follower, not a leader, and while a suberb bike racer I think he doesn't always take the necessary risks. I know he won last year, but I think it might have been a set of circumstances that won't present for him again. Wiggo, I feel, makes things happen for himself. Or... was Cadel holding back the CdD as a mind trick and to save his big gusto for the Tdf? There are certainly other good riders, but I think it's Wiggo's year. |
