Completed my first last weekend, and my second today. Last week finished up last week @ 1:38, today was a 1:25. Race went much smoother today than last week. Now to hit the training harder and get ready for Augusta.
That's pretty impressive improvement in a week, what was different? different race profile? or did you do something different? Do you have the splits to see where you improved?
Different race and profile. The race distance was about 1.5 miles (Bike course) shorter also. Biggest thing that was different was my anxiety level. I went into this race with a totally different mindset.
