Comments: Need lots of work with my swim. Transition 1
Comments: No wet suit so fast t1. Had trouble getting up to speed as I was trying to get feet into shoes What would you do differently?: Practice transitioning... Bike
Comments: Pushed hard during bike. Crossed yellow line and got a penalty as I was trying to get around a cluster of bikes and was worried about getting a penalty for inadvertent drafting... Ended up getting a penalty for crossing yellow line... What would you do differently?: Hold back on pace - tough run as a result Transition 2
Comments: Wasn't thinking clearly and lost time looking for bike rack location. Slow to get shoes on as I was fatigued from ride and heat was getting to me. What would you do differently?: Gone a touch slower to preserve energy for the run Run
Comments: Fatigued from the start. Mental games started at mile one. Fast walk for a count of 60 each mile and ran the rest. Probably drank too much water. Heat was an issue, but think I over did it on the bike. What would you do differently?: Less on the bike, more on the run Post race
