How far you looking to go?

I will be up there starting this Saturday until the 7th.  I will be doing long rides of 2:30 on 7/1 & 3:00 on 7/6 and some shorter rides of 1:00 and :45 during the week.  I usually pace mid 19mph around here on rolling hills but can adjust accordingly. Will probably have my wife riding along with me for part of the ride depending on what time she wakes up. I am hoping to go out pretty early so I can get back for beer and beach time.

We have a place up at 130th and planned on doing my rides going north and west.  Hit me up if interested and we can see if our schedules jive.

PS - What are you doing for swims?

I've had limited access to email, but will have it from here on out.  I'll pm you with my email address.  Your pace sounds doable, but just barely, for me.  Early sounds great, because it is really hot, and I have a wife and kids here, too.  I've been running early mornings with my dog, and getting kicked off the beach at 5:30, which is a bit too early.  I've done one mile swim in the ocean, earlier this week, and it was like swimming with a jet pack on my back, since it was with the current.  I tried to swim against the current, and it was like swimming in one of those endless pools...with no progress.

Hopefully, we'll hook up this week.  I'm kenneling my puppy tomorrow, and will be able to get on the road.
