I am doing a 2k open water swim on 4 August and really want to boost my speed and give my better swimming friend a run for his money!
I have built up to swimming 2k and have been doing this over the last 2 weeks about 3 times a week. I'll do this in about 40 minutes which is fine, but I want to go faster!
Am I too late to beast myself for a month to jump my fitness level and speed?
I'd really appreciate your thoughts and a swim plan you think would fit the bill.
