Had a panic attack at about 250m in. Took on water and FREAKED OUT. Very uncharacteristic for me :(

Looks like you overcame your panic attack and finished your HIM in good order.  I also see you survived IM Canada 2010 - that was a pretty cold day.  I also see you may be back again this year.  If so, I'm volunteering in Registration on Thursday and Friday morning then I'll be in the Bike Lot all day Saturday and mid day Sunday then a catcher from 7:30 to the end so if you see me say "Hi" at least.

My Avatar was taken at the bike lot last year. 

I hear the Great White North Tri is a good one so maybe I'll be ready to try it in a couple years.
