Swim
Comments: Felt very sluggish at the start. Took quite a while to get into a good rhythm. Was a little crowded at various points. Ended up with a good time, though, which surprised me. What would you do differently?: Warm up swim. Transition 1
Comments: Decent transition. Included a 100yd run. Bike started with an uphill, but no problem getting on the pedals and going. What would you do differently?: Start working on some time savers. Bike
Comments: Good ride. Fast course. Didn't push myself too hard, and kept up a good cadence. Was surprised to come in as fast as I did, but felt very controlled. What would you do differently?: Push the pace a little. Target an average speed. Transition 2
Comments: Decent -- no troubles. Run
Comments: Felt good, and a good time for me. Was so happy to feel strong and comfortable on the run. Plan was to walk only at aid stations. I stuck to tis until the last mile and a half. What would you do differently?: Time to work on my speed. I can improve a lot here. Post race

Got up early, ate a bagel and some small cliff bars. Drank a lot of water -- maybe too much. Relaxed by the beach.
Stretching. Should do a warm up swim next time.
