Hey Meredith! Great news! Glad to hear your son isn't the type of person whose idea of fitness is a marathon X-box session! If you're really brave, get your son into cycling as well! My son is six and he rides his bike in the park while I run. He is by far the most merciless coach I've ever had! Not only do I have to keep up with him, (we usually do five miles) but he insults me the whole time! And, I quote, "Come on old man! Hurry up!" "That's all you got?" "If you don't hurry up I'll leave you behind slow poke!" Worst of all (in a mocking sing-song manner) "Oh yeah! I'm a winner! Oh yeah! You're a loser! Mhmm, Uh huh!" (That one haunts my dreams)

If the U.S. track team had him we'd never lose an event!
