Subject: Crack the Fat Loss Code
I am currently following the diet/eating plan in Crack the Fat Loss Code by Wendy Chant. I am in week 2 and have had really great results! It is an 8 week program. Have any of you completed the entire 8 week plan? I am wondering what is going to happen at the end and if it's a do-able program for 8 weeks. Thanks!

List treatments you do not consent to. Many people include things such as the use of a respirator, resuscitation, blood or blood products, life-sustaining medications, and even food and water. You can also list nothing and instead state that you want the person you have designated to make the decisions at the time. Thanks.
