I need to relax more.
Transition 1
  • 02m 8s
Comments:

The rocks were horrible. I have tender feet.
What would you do differently?:

Not much I could do but the organizers could clean it better or put carpet down.
Bike
  • 35m 39s
  • 12 miles
  • 20.20 mile/hr
Comments:

I had a good ride. I felt like I took the first lap easy and hammered the second one.
What would you do differently?:

I should be more aggressive on the first lap. I need to drink more water also.
Transition 2
  • 01m 2s
Comments:

I had a good transition.
What would you do differently?:

I probably needed more water before the run.
Run
  • 34m 6s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 10m 58s  min/mile
Comments:

I Like the run course through the campus. I didn't think it was that hard. I did have to stop and walk a couple times because I got nauseous.
What would you do differently?:

I would try and not to get sick. I'm not sure what caused it.
Post race
Warm down:

I walked a lot. I was just trying to cool off with cool water and drinking lots of fluids.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I panicked in the pool, that didn't help my time. I also got sick on the run. I need to find out what caused that.

Event comments:

I can rate this race pretty high. It was my first organized race. I will definitely do it again.
