I have Continental Sprinters (not Gatorskin) tubulars on my race wheels. The tires say up to 170psi, what pressure is everyone inflating to for race day? These wheels/tires are for race day only

Yup- 100-110 psi for a 175 pound rider. No more. It will increase rolling resistance on most surfaces.

I'll broaden the range to ~100-120, not knowing how big you are.  110 seems like a safe middle ground, but generally better to err lower.

I err a bit on the high side to keep the tubular from rolling off the rim.  I go 120 psi on Continental Sprinters.  For clinchers, I set the pump for 100-110 psi. I weigh 155.

Do you not glue your tubs?  It'd think that 10psi will do little to keep it on the rim... if its gonna roll at 110 it'll roll at 120.
