Got to the start about 30 min before race. Two porta john stops, a little stretching

Comments:

Made 5th woman overall. Was in 3rd overall and first in AG until climb at mile 28.5.

Goal was to keep pace under 12:00 average. I made it on my watch, but my Garmin had 31.49 as the distance.

What would you do differently?:

Still need more work on uphills.

Warm down:

EXTREME soreness. Tried to walk it out, but it was really bad.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still working on the climbs. Not getting passed as much as I used to and overall pace is coming up, but this remains the weak area.

Course:	Really beautiful but very lumpy course with three significant climbs. Lots of single track. Awesome views from top of bluff at mile 17. One really crappy section through fields with no shade.
