Subject: Extremely sore!!
So I have ran 4 times now first thing in the morning and by the evening I am extremely sore in my quads!! My question is should I go ahead and run tomorrow morning even though I am still sore and work through the soreness or take another day off? Thx a lot!!

If you are that sore, you are running too hard. Continue to run but dial down the intensity. Run slow and easy a few days to let your legs recover.

HOw about a swim or agua jogging in a pool.  No impact and great recovery.

I would err on the safe side and just give yourself a day off.
