Swim
  • 10m 47s
  • 440 yards
  • 02m 27s / 100 yards
Comments:

Still can't swim.... last in my AG as usual, but took my time and got out of the water without wasting too much energy.
What would you do differently?:

Stick with duathlons
Transition 1
  • 01m 37s
Comments:

Wet suit got stuck and took what seemed forever to remove
What would you do differently?:

Considering cutting the wet suit to open up the calfs somewhat
Bike
  • 31m 4s
  • 11 miles
  • 21.24 mile/hr
Comments:

Decent bike helped a lot to close the gap to the rest of my AG. Decided to use the road bike instead of tri bike as the milled road surface is pretty rough. Still used my disc wheel though and I never made sure that shifted ok. The top half of the cassette worked well, but the bottom end didn't, which hurt me a bit on the hill.
What would you do differently?:

Make certain the gears worked properly before the start...
Transition 2
  • 01m
Comments:

Took a bit of time in T2 to take on an extra sip of water
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Run
  • 21m 36s
  • 3.04 miles
  • 07m 07s  min/mile
Comments:

Because of the overcast, I felt great on the run (no heat to deal with)
Post race
Warm down:

None

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still can't swim

Event comments:

A good, local, but small race
