I have a HIM training plan provided by my coach, and my wife wants to try and follow this as closely as possible, but also needs to fit it around her shift work. As such, we're trying to find an option where we can manually input a training plan and then also put in completed workout details, rather than use a pre loaded plan and changing it around. Before paying any money, I just wanted to double check that I've read the features correct, and the Bronze membership will allow us to do what we are looking for. Can anyone please confirm this?
Regardless of how you do it, then you just import it into your training log and can use the planned calendar to move workouts around, and copy completed workouts to your actual log, making any notes needed.
