Subject: No Device Found when trying to connect with Garmin

Not sure what happened - I have been connecting with my garmin for a while and all of a sudden, when I try to upload the data, it says no device found.  My information is on Garmin Connect, so I know it uploaded using the Ant agent.

Help / Ideas?

What model device is it and which method are you using (Import from Garmin button or Upload page)?

This is usually a problem with Garmin Communicator. The first things to look at are to make sure that the Garmin Communicator plugin and ANT Agent are up to date using WebUpdater.

It seems to be a bigger issue than at first glance.  I am in contact with Garmin and none can seem to find a fix.  The issue that Garmin is working will prob. fix the BT issue.  When I goto upload a workout to the 310, I get a Device Not Found message.  Once I can upload workouts, I will check BT again.
