If you think this was delicate I was at a kids triathlon this weekend where the results got all kinds of screwed up. Imagine having to tell a 6yr old that the medal you just gave him belonged to somebody else ... Yeeouch! Two dads almost came to blows.

That's not typically how it's done, but it is their race and they can make up the rules.
