Unfortunately, not many that I know of.

I occasionally head out to Rockledge Park at Grapevine Lake early on a weekend morning.  There are some other groups that swim there sometime (e.g. Team in Training), which is nice, b/c it means there are more people around (and it keeps the fishing boats away).

I don't know if there is anywhere at Lake Lewisville or Lake Lavon that would be good for OWS.  The small lake at Stonebridge Ranch would be good, but it's not public property, and you're not supposed to be swimming in it.

I'm a member of Dallas Athletes and we swim at Lake Grapevine Friday mornings 6:00-7:00 and Sunday mornings 6:30-7:30. I haven't gone yet, but I hear there's a pretty big turnout. I plan to go out this weekend.
