Elite  4583   |  Subject: 10.1.12 Rabbit Rabbit Monday!Good morning BT and happy October! 4:30am: 1:20/24.25 miles on the KK Bit of a late start this morning--had to play tooth fairy and in my not-so-stealth attempt to swap the tooth for money I woke up my younger daughter--so I snuggled her up until she fell back asleep! We'll she if she puts two and two together! Have a great day! |

Morning Kim Off to the pool with me today, This week comming up sounds like pooh around here , showers and cold for the next 5 days straight if you believe the forcast yech. AT least I got My pond 95 % shut down this weekend for winter before it got to cold usually I am out there in MY hip waders and winter coat standing in 35 degree water trying to get it done, not this year LOL. Naughty Tooth fairy Making so much noise, you really must have a good talk with that fairy Kim.

Swim coaching this evening, not sure what she has planned yet but it's usually something between 1500-1800 yards of stroke work or intervals, who knows. I have a local sprint on Saturday that I'm kinda excited about. |
