Woke up in time for a cup of coffee and granola bar, then drove 15 minutes to strart

Just some light jogging.

Good run. This was almost a full minute slower than my time last year, but I was just using it as a gauge for my recovery from my bike crash.

Warm down:

I waited for DH and ran the last 1/2 mile with him as he completed the half marathon. He PRd by two minutes.

+1  I was shocked when I saw a race report by you and thought it might be an old one that was bumped up.  Glad that everything went well for you and that the recovery is going well enough for the race.  Great Job!
