Pre-race routine:

Woke up plenty early so I wasn't rushed. Ate two cliff bars and some bread.. water and some power aid.

Drove out to race site to set up and pick our transition area.
Event warmup:

Did short bike ride about 2 miles to get the heart rate up. Stretched... Swam about 3 minutes before the even started to again get the heart rate up.
