I had a great first 1/2 of the marathon I was very pleased and held it together nicely until mile 21 and the n the wheel fell off the bus.

I found from mile 17 on to be very windy and I think thats is why I had a major fade at the end.

I had planned to hang witht he 3:25 group and I did for the first 4 miles and then I got frustrated witht he pacers stories and curse words so I left them and went ahead. Was not the smartest thing to do. I figured if they caught me I could just tag back into the group and finish . Howevber when they passed me at mile 22 they passed and I could not go with them and they got 6 mins onme over the last 3 miles.

I can say I ran hard. I had a average HR of 165 for the whole race. Which is only 6 bpm lower then my best 10K

Overall good experience but I would not go back unless I was just going to cruise it. as I did not know where i was on the course or what i should have been looking at because i was in the hurt locker!!
