Subject: wear/worn on Newton shoes
Hi
I have been running and using my newton shoes for the first time this season. I was wondering how does one estimate the wear on them and when to replace them?

I have about 400km on mine and they are just starting to wear a little lots of life left and I'm heavy. 225lbs.

I have almost 200 miles on mine and they're still going strong - I guess you'd look at the lugs and if they wear through time for a new set?

The newton website has some advice on determining wear on the shoes (I think there are some pictures included). My wife is a newton addict. They show wear on the lugs but the shoe still has mileage left in them.
