I hardly stretch at all, either - for the most part.
I did have an Achilles' issue back in the spring, and for that I got into the habit of regularly stretching the gastroc, and more importantly, the soleus. After a while, however, that became unnecessary and I only do it now when I feel twinges in the Achilles.
Lately, I'll just do some bend myself in half type hammy stretches, or some IT Band stretches, but only if I'm feeling tight.
I *NEVER* stretch before I run, and usually my stretching just comes when I'm sitting watching TV. I do like that the stretching seems to help my stride length - or, maybe that's just me thinking it does. Not sure.
